Engineering under production constraints

  1. Diagnose

    We map utility, ventilation, process, and schedule constraints with plant inputs. Metrics and acceptance criteria are agreed before tools are selected. The output is a ranked view of constraints, not a shopping list of equipment.

  2. Model and validate

    Field measurements, energy models, CFD, and decision-grade digital models are used when options differ in capital or layout. If field data alone ranks the path, we stop. Assumptions and sensitivity are documented so sponsors can challenge them.

  3. Implement live

    Packages are phased into outages and off-shift windows. Tie-ins are coordinated with operations. Verification against acceptance criteria happens before handoff, so performance is not a hope.
